I just got back from Spain (Barcelona) where I got to play my first tournament of the year. I played alongside Thomas Merkx in the ‘2019 Fourball championship’ hosted by PGA of Europe. The main reason for playing this tournament was to get some playing rhythm back after a long winter of practicing on the range. Two rounds of even par wasn’t good enough to make the cut but I had a great time playing and came back home with lots of improvements in my golf game.
For the next two weeks, ill be practicing and teaching at my golf club (Royal Limburg Golf). Still figuring out my schedule for the year but definitely planning on playing a lot of tournaments like the Benelux trophy, Omnium of Belgium and the qualifier for The Open Championship.
